Breakfast: granola with rice milk, a couple of teaspoons of coconut cream and a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.  Fruity tea.

Mid-morning: peppermint tea, a handful of mixed nuts and raisins

Lunch: 2 large raw carrots and some chopped raw pepper and about half a tub of houmous, 1 small p-nut butter sandwich, a banana, a coffee with almond milk

Evening: A bowl of homemade soup (the one with parsnips/carrots/chickpeas/coconut from the other day, and a homemade cookie (banana/oat/date).  Chamomile tea.
