Breakfast:  Museli, a kiwi fruit, pumpkin seeds, rice milk, a couple of teaspoons of coconut cream

Mid-morning: A black coffee, banana/oat/date cookie

Lunch: Potato cakes (made with the leftover Colcannon from the weekend and fried up in olive oil and paprika), Mushrooms fried in olive oil and marmite, pickled onions

Water

Snacks during afternoon:  Fruity Tea, A Soya Latte, another banana/oat/date cookie

Dinner: Delicious homemade meal of tomato bruschetta, salad, mushroom and vegetable risotto, followed by a bowl of mixed berries.  Tasted wonderful and was first Vegan meal provided by friends, which made it taste even better.  Thank you! A glass of wine.

Evening: Peppermint Tea
