Breakfast: muesli with fresh kiwi fruit, rice milk, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of molasses, fruity tea.  Also a clove of raw garlic, because I was feeling a bit ill.

Mid-morning: homemade banana/oat/date cookie, herbal tea, 2 ricecakes

Lunch: Houmous and a large carrot, 2 rounds of p-nut butter sandwiches, a packet of Walker’s Ready Salted crisps, a lot of orange juice

Mid-afternoon: homemade banana/oat/date cookie, herbal tea

Evening: large portion of vegetable chilli (as yesterday)

Later: a pear, a banana, lemon & ginger tea
