Friday 8th February 2013:-

Breakfast: Museli, pumpkin seeds, rice milk, a sprinkling of dried coconut.  Instant coffee with rice milk.

Mid-morning: A second breakfast of Eat Natural Gluten-Free Toasted Museli with almond milk.  Peppermint Tea.

Water

Lunch: Ready-made sandwich from work canteen (Cranks: Houmous and Vegetables “Suitable for Vegans”!  Thumbs Up Cranks!)  Walker’s Ready Salted crisps

Supper: homemade soup, toast and Marmite

Later in evening: lemon & ginger tea and a small bar of very dark chocolate
