For Tuesday 12th February

Breakfast: 2 slices granary toast with p-nut butter, tea with soya milk, a pear, a kiwi fruit

Lunch: 3 pancakes (Vegan recipe using oil instead of egg worked fine).  Fillings were maple syrup and orange slices, jam and milled linseeds

Dinner:  Potato gnocchi with a homemade vegetable sauce: tomatoes, herbs, onion, sweetcorn, green pepper, black olives and butter beans.  Alpro soya dessert (vanilla flavour) with chopped banana.

In between times: water, instant coffee made with soya milk, lemon & ginger tea
